High quality justice, "priority" for the international court

The newly elected President of the International Criminal Court (ICC) says that dispensing what she calls "high quality justice" is her priority.

The court is independent of the United Nations, although it does take on cases recommended by the UN Security Council.

The ICC has a global mandate to tackle offences such as crimes against humanity or war crimes.

Cristina Silveiro asked Silvia Fernandez, who's from Argentina, about her priorities as President.
