Chinese papermaking art receives international support

The traditional art of papermaking in China is being kept alive thanks, in part, to a World Bank project.

The technique dates back over 1,000 years and is recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of China.

The Bank is now supporting the preservation of ancient papermaking sites and demonstration households, as Diana Chung reports
