World still living with fall-out of 2008 global financial crisis

The world is still living with the fall-out of the 2008 global financial crisis according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The Fund's flagship bi-annual report, The World Economic Outlook (WEO), predicts that global growth will be 3.3 per cent in 2014, down from its April forecast.

But as Jocelyne Frank reports economic growth is expected in many African countries.
