"Stop the clock" for Africa Week to focus on development issues

The international community is being urged to "stop the clock" for a week to consider how best to support the development of the continent.

The call has come from the office of the UN Special Adviser on Africa at the beginning "Africa Week."

This year the annual event will focus on how to create a prosperous and integrated Africa by 2063.

Mônica Grayley asked Raul Cabral who works with the UN Special Adviser about the main highlights of "Africa Week".
