Bamboo school contributes to greener world

A school in Indonesia which is made entirely from bamboo has been hailed as a contribution to making the world a greener, more environmentally friendly place.

The aptly named Green School in Bali is the brainchild of a Canadian jewelry designer, who became fascinated by the craft traditions of the Indonesian island.

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon recently visited the school during a recent trip to Bali.
