Women from Grenada play a critical role in the agricultural sector of the small island but lack resources to sustain their business, according to the manager of a rural development programme.

Byron Campbell, who overseas this government project called MAREP — Market Access And Rural Enterprise Development Programme—receives funding form the International Fund for Agricultural Development.

Paulina Kubiak met Mr Campbell on the sidelines of a climate conference in Samoa and asked him about the programme's strategy.
