UNHCR: Syrian refugee numbers top three million

The number of refugees from Syria’s intensifying crisis has passed three million amid reports of horrifying conditions inside the country, according to the UN refugee agency.

UNHCR says a further 6.5 million people have been internally displaced by the ongoing civil war.

Iman and her family are some of the victims of the conflict in their country.

They were displaced four times inside Syria before finally seeking refuge in Lebanon.
