An international hotel chain is aiming to create one million new jobs for young people in the tourism and hospitality industry by 2019.

Hilton Worldwide says the initiative makes good business sense and is also an important part of its corporate responsibility programme.

According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), young people are three times more likely to be unemployed than adults.

It says almost 73 million youth worldwide are looking for work.

The ILO's Matthieu Cognac spoke to Brendan Toomey, the Vice President of Hilton worldwide about the Hilton Worldwide initiative.
