South Sudanese women and children dying on way to EthiopiaListen /
Women and children fleeing conflict in South Sudan are dying on their way to refugee camps in Ethiopia, according to the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
About 80,000 people have crossed into Ethiopia from the eastern parts of South Sudan since the beginning of the conflict in December 2013.
The OIM has assisted the majority of them to relocate to Likchok and Kule camps inside Ethiopia's borders, but casualties persist.
Gabriel Shadar has been speaking to Gabriel Okutio, IOM's Senior Operations Officer in Ethiopia about how the refugees are being helped.
