Global economy "turning corner" says IMF

The global economy is "turning the corner" but recovery is still too slow and too fragile according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The future of the world economy was one of the key themes discussed at the IMF's recently concluded annual Spring Meetings.

The meetings bring together thousands of government officials, experts, civil society organizations, and participants from the academia and private sectors, in Washington, DC to discuss the work of the Fund.

Peter Kunzel asked Gerry Rice from the IMF what the discussions focused on.
