UN chief "alarmed" by melting ice caps in GreenlandListen /
The UN Secretary-General has said he is alarmed by the speed at which glaciers are retreating and ice caps are melting.
Ban Ki-moon has been in Greenland to observe, at first hand, the effects of climate change on the Arctic Circle.
His visit comes ahead of a global summit on climate to be held at the United Nations in September.
