The UN humanitarian agency launches its report for 2014

The number of people in need of emergency humanitarian assistance has doubled over the last ten years, according to the Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator.

Kyung-wha Kang spoke during the launch of this year's report of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) on Monday.

The report is entitled "Saving Lives Today and Tomorrow: Managing the Risk of Humanitarian Crises".
