Syrians enter fourth year of conflict and sufferingListen /
The conflict in Syria is entering its fourth year with no sign of an end to the suffering it is inflicting on Syrians within and outside the country.
More than 100,000 people have been killed in the conflict which has also left over 9 million others in urgent need of humanitarian assistance within the country.
Another 2.5 million have fled the violence and now live as refugees in neighbouring Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq and Egypt.
Humanitarian agencies say they are doing all they can do to help the people in need but are facing difficulties.
