Tuku Talukder who belongs to the Chakma community in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh says health policies are made without the participation of local people.
She recently took part in a UN meeting on Indigenous Peoples' Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights in New York.
She spoke to Daniel Dickinson about how indigenous groups of being marginalised.
