We must do more to save children from scourge of conflict says UN envoy

As the war in Syria continues unabated, children continue to bear the brunt of the conflict, says the Secretary-General's Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict.

Leila Zerrougi, on a recent visit to Syria, met with many children and their families who expressed the horrors of the conflict, their fears and their preoccupation for their children's loss of education.
