It finds the most common type of violence affecting women is perpetrated by husbands and other intimate partners.
New UN envoy hears concerns of Somali women activists
Nicholas Kay, the top UN official in Somalia, says the organization remains determined to stand by the country following the deadly attack on its headquarters this week. But a young woman from Vietnam who calls herself "Crystal" is not letting a genetic disorder that leaves her with fragile bones hold her back from life.
