Legislation is key to addressing road traffic death and injury
Listen /There were 1.2 million deaths worldwide from road traffic crashes in 2010, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
A new WHO report indicates that only 28 countries have comprehensive road safety laws on all five key risk factors: drinking and driving, speeding, failing to use motorcycle helmets, seat-belts, and child restraints.
