Seibersdorf labs support nuclear research and development for 50 years
Listen /The International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA, is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its Nuclear Applications Laboratories in Seibersdorf, Austria.
The Vienna-based IAEA is an international organization that seeks to promote the peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
Meera Venkatesh, Director of the Division for Physical and Chemical Sciences at the IAEA, told Gerry Adams the Seibersdorf Labs were created to measure radioactivity in the atmosphere, but now, they do much more.
