Security Council demands withdrawal of M23 from Goma in DR Congo

The Security Council is demanding immediate withdrawal of the M23 rebel group from Goma, the capital of North Kivu in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The Security Council met on Tuesday evening following the takeover of Goma by the M23 rebel fighters.
In a resolution adopted unanimously, the Council also demanded an immediate end to all support to the M23.
