Syrians face economic hardships as conflict continues
Listen /Life continues to be hard for Syrians and their children as the conflict drags on.
According to the United Nations humanitarian agency (OCHA), inflation and rising market prices have reduced purchasing power in Syria.
OCHA says the information comes from a Joint Rapid Food Security Needs Assessment which was organized by FAO and WFP in collaboration with Syria's Ministry of Agrarian Reform.
