Latest report on Syria says conditions have worsened dramatically

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria on Wednesday released its latest report on the human rights situation in Syria.
The report, mandated by the Human Rights Council, says war crimes and gross violations of human rights had been committed at the highest levels.
Paulo Pinheiro, Chairman of the Commission, told Gerry Adams the situation in the country has dramatically deteriorated since the Commission's last report in February 2012.
