Syrian civilians are becoming increasingly weary of the lack of progress in resolving the conflict in their country, says Georgette Gagnon.
Ms. Gagnon was Head of the Human Rights team in UNSMIS, the United Nations Support Mission in Syria, before its mandate expired on the 19th of August.
She spoke with UN Radio's Reem Abaza, who asked her about the conditions of civilians as the conflict drags on.
