Small island developing states are concerned over rising sea levels, which many say may force them from their homes.

The President of Kiribati, Anote Tong, is at the UN's Rio+20 Conference on sustainable development to deliver that message.

Kiribati is an island nation located in the central tropical Pacific Ocean.

President Tong told Henrique Macedo that more needs to be done to help not just his country, but all small island developing states that face environmental challenges.
