Instability displaces more than 52,000 in Myanmar's Rakhine State
At least 50 people have been killed since sectarian violence broke out in Myanmar's Rakhine State last month and more that 52,000 are displaced, according to official government sources.
The UN and its humanitarian partners, including the World Health Organization (WHO), have responded with food, health, water and sanitation supplies.
Instability in Rakhine State started since 28 May and has resulted in more than 2,230 houses, businesses and communal buildings burned and destroyed.
