The country is struggling to recover from the turmoil which started last year as people protested against the rule of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who was eventually forced to relinquish power.
However, the government of President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, who was elected in February, continues to face an insurgency in the south of the country.
