Comic book helps Haitian women and girls find their way to career successListen /
Two men are literally sketching out a better future for women and girls in Haiti.
Mike Charles, a script writer, and Chevelin Pierre, an illustrator, are behind a new comic book that encourages Haitian women and girls to go after the career of their dreams.
It tells the story of classmates Florans and Deniz who fight stereotypes that say certain jobs are for men only.
The comic is the latest in a series known as "Chimen Lakay," which is Haitian Creole for "The Way Home," that has been produced by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
