UNICEF appeals for $1.2 billion to help children
Listen /Over 50 million children affected by conflicts and natural disasters are going to need some form of humanitarian assistance in 2012, according to the United Nations Children’s Fund.
UNICEF is appealing for $1.28 billion to assist vulnerable children in more than 25 countries.
The bulk of the emergencies are in Africa.
