Eastern and Southern Africa makes progress in fighting HIV

Eastern and Southern Africa is making good progress in fighting HIV and AIDS, but challenges still remain.

That's according to the United Nations Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS).

UNAIDS says that three quarters of the 34 million people living with HIV in the world are in Eastern and Southern Africa.
