Young displaced Haitian women train in fashion design

Over 500,000 people in Haiti are still living in displaced camps in areas affected by the earthquake. Many of them have no jobs, and no way to earn an income. The majority are women and young girls.

To help them support themselves and their families, the UN is helping young women in the camps to become seamstresses.

Some of them are already working for a top fashion designer in Haiti.
