An essential component of climate change negotiations is securing financing, says UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
Speaking at the Climate Change Conference in Durban, South Africa, the Secretary-General said thanks to a group of members, short- and long-term financing will be available through a combination of public and private sources.
