President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe

Foreign governments should "get out of Africa" according to the President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe.

Speaking after he addressed the UN General Assembly in New York, Mr Mugabe said, to use his words, "outsiders" should not have interfered in the Libyan crisis.

One of the main justifications for the United Nations Security Council resolution which paved the way for NATO's involvement in Libya was the so-called Chapter VII of the UN Charter, which sets out the UN's powers to maintain peace.

Maha Fayek asked President Mugabe about international intervention in Libya.
