Libyans "euphoric" about change

Libyans are said to be "euphoric" about the change that is happening in their country where opposition fighters have driven forces loyal to Muammar Qadhafi out of the capital, Tripoli.
Ian Martin, the United Nations Special Adviser on Post-Conflict Planning has just completed a five-day mission to Libya where he met the new Libyan authorities.
Spokesperson, Ahmad Fawzi, travelled with Mr Martin.
Mr. Fawzi gave Derrick Mbatha his personal impression of the situation in the North African country.
