Arresting Qadhafi "matter of time": ICC Prosecutor

The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) says it's only a "matter of time", before the fugitive Libyan leader Muammar Qadhafi, is arrested.
Luis Moreno-Ocampo is asking the international police agency, INTERPOL, to issue a so-called Red Notice to arrest Colonel Qadhafi for the alleged crimes of murder and persecution.
The Prosecutor is also requesting Red Notices for the arrest of his son Saif Al-Islam Qadhafi and Abdullah Al-Senussi.
An INTERPOL Red Notice seeks the provisional arrest of a wanted person with a view to surrendering him or her to an international court.
