Somali insurgents leave the capital Mogadishu

Insurgent elements of the Al-Shabaab rebel group in Somalia have begun to leave the capital Mogadishu, according to the UN envoy for Somalia.
Augustine Mahiga, says he welcomes the news and is pleased with the progress made in security over the past several days.
Mr. Mahiga told Gerry Adams ahe remains cautious though about the move although it was expected.
