MasterCard Foundation: lifting the poor out of poverty

To help lift the poorest out of poverty, MasterCard Foundation has been educating youth and increasing access to microfinance to those that need it most.
They have also partnered with the International Labour Organisation to create tools so that youth can take advantage of employment opportunities.
Julie Walker spoke with Reeta Roy of the MasterCard Foundation at a recent ILO and the UN Programme on Youth (UNPY) event in New York to promote partnerships between young people and the private sector.
