Palestinians want their own state and could go through the United Nations to try and get it. That's one of the topics being discussed by international leaders meeting in Brussels at the United Nations meeting in support of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.

Israeli-Palestinian peace talks were put on hold last year after Israel refusal to extend a 10-month freeze on settlement activity.

Julie Walker spoke with Leila Shahid, the General Delegate of Palestine to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg, who is attending the two day meeting.
