Iraqi government told to protect its civilians
Iraq is being urged to take stronger action when it comes to protecting civilians from violence. Ivan Šimonović, the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights says 4,000 people are still dying each year in the country as it struggles to rebuild.
