The Libyan leader, Muammar Qadhafi is a wanted man.

On Monday, the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for him, as well as his son Saif Al-Islam Qadhafi and intelligence chief, Abdullah Al-Senussi.

They're accused of crimes against humanity in the ongoing conflict in Libya, where rebels are waging a war to oust the Libyan leadership.

Daniel Dickinson asked Fadi El Abdallah, a spokesperson for the ICC about the warrant for arrest.
