Four staff from UNODC and two Bolivian Air Force staff were killed when their plane crashed last week.

Yury Fedotov, UNODC Executive Director, said they had been monitoring Bolivian crops, some of the most important work of the agency.

UN Secretary-General, Ban-ki Moon, said he was 'deeply saddened’, and that the dedication of the staff to the fight against drugs was an 'inspiration’.
