It all seems to run smoothly and efficiently…but setting up an international conference for 8000 people including heads of state and senior United Nations officials is a huge logistical challenge.
Istanbul in Turkey is hosting the fourth conference of so-called least developed countries or LDCs…a ten-yearly get-together looking at how to pull these countries out of poverty.
