Representatives from at least a dozen nations have been meeting in Doha, Qatar Wednesday to discuss the crisis in Libya.

Speaking at the meeting of the International Contact Group on Libya, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said up to half the Libyan population, 3.6 million people, may eventually need humanitarian assistance.

Meanwhile, as fighting continues, NATO continues to enforce a no-fly zone and world leaders continue to look for a political solution. Julie Walker reports.
