Protesters are planning to stage what they are calling a “Day of Anger”.

Rupert Colville, is the spokesman in the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner, in Geneva.

“We are concerned that there could be violent repression against planned mass peaceful protests today and the High Commissioner is reminding the authorities in Yemen that people responsible for public security must understand their actions are governed by international law and they can be held personally responsible for breaches.”
