Humanitarian impact of measures by Israel on Palestinians

Jerusalem On the same day a bomb left at a crowded bus stop in Jerusalem exploded killing one woman and injuring at least 30 people, the UN released a new report on East Jerusalem. It analyzes the humanitarian impact of measures put in place by Israel, such as the Barrier, settlements and planning and zoning restrictions, on the Palestinian people. Reem Abaza spoke with Ray Dolphin, the chief author of the report who works with Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Jerusalem.
