'Back To School' Programme in Burundi

Burundese women in Ruyigi, Burundi. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), along with other UN Agencies and the Government of Burundi, launched a "Back to School Programme" in Ruyigi, Burundi. The children were coming back to school after years of conflict and refuge in neighboring countries. The campaign is targeting 440,000 children through the distribution of 350 metric tons of school materials.
