Training of Teachers at Faculty of Education of University of Libya, Tripoli
Since 1960 UNESCO has been assisting the Government of Libya with its programme to train staff at the Faculty of Education of the University of Libya. To further train staff at the Faculty and to conduct educational research, UNESCO is serving as Participating and Executing Agency of a UNDP second phase project which will continue and reinforce the present programme of the Faculty of Education with special emphasis given to the study and teaching of biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, geography, and home economics.
