Secretary-General Records Radio Message to People of Central African Republic
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (shown on screens) recorded a radio message in French and in English to the people of the Central African Republic. In the message, he says that the bloodshed must stop and he appeals to everyone to follow the path of peace. He also says that he has a clear message to all who would commit atrocities and crimes against humanity: “the world is watching. You will be held to account.”
