Assembly Adopts Resolution Calling for End to US Embargo on Cuba
The General Assembly adopted for the twenty-second consecutive year a resolution calling for an end to the United States’ economic, commercial and financial embargo on Cuba. The vote was 188 for, 2 against (United States and Israel), with 3 abstentions (Micronesia, Marshall Islands and Palau).
