Congolese Civilians Wounded in North Kivu Fighting
Wounded civilians are evacuated by the UN Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) from the town of Walikale in North Kivu Province.
Walikale had come under siege by the Raia Mutomboki militia but is now once again in the hands of Government FARDC troops. The number of casualties as a result of the fighting is still unknown.
