Massive "CO2 Balloon" Highlights Carbon Footprints
A massive, over 7-metre-high balloon, representing one tonne of carbon dioxide (CO2), is inflated outside UN Headquarters. The balloon is part of a project co-sponsored by the Government of Chile and the United Nations to draw attention to the quantities of CO2 produced per person per year.
