Maternity Hospital Opens in Iraqi Kurdistan Region

A mother and her child at the Maternity and Child Hospital in Halabja, in the northern Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Funding for the recently-opened hospital came from the Japanese Government through the UN Development Programme (UNDP).
